Suzi is a nationally certified, CIDESCO USA member and licensed aesthetician at the forefront of restorative skin science. With advanced certifications from Harvard Medical School in Immunology, Pharmacology, and Health & Wellness, she bridges the gap between traditional aesthetics and clinical expertise. Suzi is currently completing her Naturopathic Doctorate (2026), further deepening her commitment to holistic, science-backed healing.
As the founder of NoCo Skincare & CO and the Northern Colorado Advanced Aesthetics Academy, Suzi is dedicated to elevating industry standards through elite education. She specializes in functional health, homeopathics, and advanced laser restoration. By merging clinical data with a personalized approach, Suzi delivers transformative results that restore both skin health and internal wellness.

Erika Kuhn, DNP
"A dedicated healthcare professional with over a decade of experience, I began my nursing career in 2011 after graduating from Aims Community College, later earning my BSN from the University of Northern Colorado. My diverse clinical background spans the operating room, psychiatric care, and medical-surgical units. Driven by a passion for family practice and medical aesthetics, I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University in 2021.
Today, I specialize in advanced aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser therapies, and hormone replacement therapy. By combining rigorous clinical training with an artistic eye, I am committed to providing a high standard of care that empowers my clients to feel confident and achieve their most natural, radiant results."

Merceydes Gomez, LE, NCEA Certified, CLO Oncology Trained
Merceydes is a licensed esthetician, NCEA (National Coalition of Estheticians Associations-equivalent to a 1200 hour master program) certified, and oncology trained. She is passionate in all laser treatments such as IPL skin rejuvenation and tattoo removal, along with advanced skincare modalities including luxury custom facials, chemical peels, and microneedling. She has a B.S. in biology and biological physics from CU Denver and is planning to become a Registered Nurse in 2026 . Her passion for science and service is unwavering. She enjoys the fusion of her degree with her esthetics training to create the perfect treatment plan for her clients. Making her clients feel comfortable and confident is her main goal. With a smile on her face, she is dedicated to making your skin journey exceptional!
Aesthetic injector and aesthetician
Kassi McKay, LE, NCEA Certified, CLO, Cosmetic Injector, Oncology Trained
Kassi is a former Dermatology Medical Assistant and Histotechnologist who has now found her passion in aesthetics. She attended aesthetics school and graduated from Northern Colorado Advanced Aesthetics Academy (NCAAA) in March of 2022. She is a Licensed Aesthetician and is NCEA (National Coalition of Estheticians Associations) Certified, which is equivalent to a 1200 hour master program. Kassi also attended NCAAA for all of her advanced post graduate training. Her main focus is lasers and injectables, but she also provides other advanced treatments including microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning and microdermabrasion. All of her services are very results-driven and she strives to make her clients feel beautiful and confident.
Kassi is also the Manager for Northern Colorado Advanced Aesthetics Academy (NCAAA). She loves working for the school that has taught her so much.
She loves all things cars & racing, motorcycles, fishing, & tattoos. She loves all different types of music and loves going to see live music.

Dani began her esthetics journey in 2019 and graduated early in 2020 after discovering her passion for makeup, permanent makeup, and waxing. From the start, she’s been dedicated to helping others feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin.
She specializes in permanent makeup, full-body waxing, customized facials, brow laminations, and lash lifts—with every service thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Dani’s passion for her craft drives her to continuously grow as an esthetician. She regularly pursues advanced certifications and continuing education to stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in the beauty industry.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Dani enjoys spending time with her beautiful baby girl, indulging her love of Disney and tattoos, and dreaming up her next travel adventure. She believes in bringing creativity, care, and positivity into everything she does—both inside and outside the spa.

Bianca is a Licensed Aesthetician and is certified by the National Coalition of Estheticians Associations (NCEA), which is equivalent to an extensive 1200-hour master program. She graduated from Northern Colorado Advanced Aesthetics Academy (NCAAA) in October 2023 and pursued all of her advanced postgraduate training there. With an ignited passion for enhancing others’ beauty, she is committed to empowering clients by helping them achieve and maintain healthy, radiant skin. Bianca strives to deliver innate yet transformative results by providing skincare solutions tailored to her clients’ needs and goals. Her approach encompasses a wide array of services, including cosmetic laser treatments, neurotoxin injections, micro-needling, and much more. For Bianca, the joy of aesthetics goes beyond skin-deep, and believes that where skin glows, energy flows.

Jordan Dominguez, LE, NCEA Certified, Master Makeup Artist, Master Lash Artist
Jordy has been a licensed esthetician since 2019. She specializes in eyelash extensions, makeup, brows and customized spray tans. Jordy received her training and Master Makeup Artist from Mario Dedivanovic in NYC in 2017 where she fell in love with the esthetics industry. She puts her own unique flare on all her services and that's what makes her stand out from others. She will not let a client leave her space without 100% loving their look!
Jordy’s biggest goal is to make sure her clients not only feel more confident but knowing every time they walk in her work space they are getting the exact look they are going for. Confidence is key and she thinks it's important to be confident in the services she provides!
Jordy is a mama first to her son Jagger Crú, who is her heart beat, all her hard work and dedication is to make sure he has the best future.

Hi! I’m Abby Sprague, a licensed aesthetician and laser-certified skincare professional with a true passion for helping others feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. My journey in aesthetics began right here at Northern Colorado Advanced Aesthetics Academy, where I spent two years working and discovered how deeply I loved this industry. Being part of the students’ growth and helping them find their path opened my eyes to the impact that great skincare — and great education — can have.
Today, I specialize in cosmetic lasers, IPL, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, advanced facials, and lash lifts and tints. I love combining science, technology, and personalized care to help clients enhance their natural beauty in a way that feels authentic and empowering.
My goal in every service is to create a comfortable, uplifting experience where clients can relax, feel seen, and leave with renewed confidence. Nothing brings me more joy than watching someone glow — not just on the outside, but from within.
When I’m not in the treatment room, I’m coaching volleyball, spending time with my fiancé Taylor, and hanging out with our golden retriever, Willow. We love fishing, golfing, and enjoying the Colorado outdoors together. I’m grateful to be part of Northern Colorado Advanced Aesthetics Academy and NOCO skin & CO excited to continue growing, learning, and helping people love the skin they’re in.
